The Chief Hearing Officer Selection Committee is created pursuant to Section 7-1B-4A, NMSA 1978.  The Committee consists of 9 members and is tasked with recommending applicants for the position of Chief Hearing Officer to the Governor.  The Chief Hearing Officer is the agency head for the Administrative Hearing Office.
